Anne Ross’s Brunch Casserole

Ingredients: (Anne Ross’s Brunch Casserole)

1 pound bulk sausage 6 large eggs 2 cups milk 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon dry mustard 2 slices white bread — cubed 1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese — (4 ozs.)

Directions: (Anne Ross’s Brunch Casserole)

1. Crumble, saute and drain sausage. 2. Beat eggs with milk, salt and mustard. 3. Layer bread cubes, sausage and cheese in a lightly greased 9×13 pan. 4. Pour egg mixture over, cover and refrigerate OVERNIGHT. 5. One hour before serving, bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
