Ingredients: (All Purpose Fry Batter)
1 cup jiffy buttermilk pancake and waffle mix
2/3 cup water
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon herbal seasoning
Directions: (All Purpose Fry Batter)
Heat oil to 375 degrees in deep fryer. Dip prepared choice of veggies, chicken, shrimp, mushrooms, onion rings or broccoli in batter. Fry, 6 pieces at a time, until golden brown, turning as necessary, (less pieces if diameter of pan is less than 9 1/2 inches). If batter begins to thicken, add a little water.
