Turmeric 1/4Teaspoons
Coriander Powder 1Teaspoons
Cumin Powder 1Teaspoons
Chilly Powder 1Tablespoons
Black Pepper Powder 1Teaspoons
Fish (Indian Mackerel) 2Numbers
Lemon Juice 2Tablespoons
Ginger Garlic Paste 1Tablespoons
Oil 4Tablespoons

Directions: (AILA FISH FRY)

  1. First clean up the fish and give gashes on both sides, Take a bowl add oil, black pepper powder, chilly powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric, salt, lemon juice mix this well, Add ginger garlic paste and apply the mixture to the fish on both sides, rest for 15 to 20 minutes.
  2. Heat a pan add marinated fish cook it for 7 minutes on both sides in a slow flame, pour the oil on top cook it for few minutes.
  3. Serve this hot with rice, sambar.
