60 Minute Rolls

Ingredients: (60 Minute Rolls)

1 1/2 cups warm milk

2 tablespoons shortening

2 tablespoons sugar

1 teaspoon salt

4 cups sifted all-purpose flour

1 package dry yeast

Directions: (60 Minute Rolls)

Dissolve yeast in warm milk, have shortening melted. Mix all ingredients together with spoon. Blend well. Let rise 15 minutes, covered. Work down. Let rise 15 more minutes. Shape into rolls. Put on/in greased pan. Let rise 15 minutes more. Bake at 400F for 15 minutes.
