2 lbs. boneless beef brisket
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
2 large red and/or green bell peppers, sliced
1 large onion, sliced
2 jalapeno peppers, seeded and chopped
2 cloves garlic
2 Beef flavored Bouillon Cubes, crumbled
2 cups water
1 can (15 oz.) tomato sauce


Preheat oven to 325°F. Season steak with salt and pepper. Heat oil in a large oven-proof saucepot or Dutch oven over medium-high heat. Brown beef well on all sides. Remove and set aside.
Cook red peppers and onion about 5 minutes or until browned, stirring frequently. Add jalapenos and garlic and cook about 30 seconds. Return beef to pot and add remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Cover and place saucepot in oven for 3 hours or until beef is very tender.
Remove brisket from pot and shred meat with fork. Return shredded meat to pot with sauce and simmer about 15 minutes. Serve over hot cooked rice or in tortillas.

Oil to fry


  1. Boil potato remove the skin and grate the potato into a bowl. Take a pan add oil,  cumin seeds saute and add cashewnuts,turmeric,ginger garlic paste,mix well now add coriander chopped,coriander powder,chill powder cook in a very slow flame keep mixing, now add all boiled vegetables and cook till it becomes dry.
  2. Take a mashed potato bowl add this mixture to it, lime juice mix well and make a small dumplings you can make it into any of shape.
  3. Take maida 1 mix in water make a paste or you can use egg so that you can dip the cut let into it and then dip in bread crumb. Now heat oil for fry deep fry the cutlets till it becomes golden brown color.

1. First marinate the prawn with salt, and turmeric, keep it aside.
2. Take a pan put it on the flame and add butter, then add marinated prawns, cook this prawn (75% done) and transfer it in a plate.
3. In the same butter, add onion paste, ginger garlic paste cook this till raw flavor is gone and add chilly flakes, tomato paste, cook for few minutes, add mustard paste, salt, green chills, pinch of sugar, coconut milk and then add prawns, cook this for few minutes, add garam masala powder, switch off the flame, put the lid on for few minutes.
4. Serve this hot with rice, and chapattis.

  1. Put oil in a wide open non stick pan.Add red chillies & mustard seeds to it till they crackle.Add cumin seeds ,chopped onion & coconut powder .Saute well . [Note:-Avoid frying onions till they are golden brown] 2. Add green chillies,salt,curry leaves & saute well on medium flame.Add ginger garlic paste ,turmeric powder,coriander powder,curd,red chilli powder & mix well till the mixture dries. 3. Strain excess water & add shrimp to the masala prepared .Mix well & cook slowly till the water from shrimp has oozed out & mixture has dried. 4.Sprinkle pepper powder as seasoning . 5.Garnish it with chopped coriander leaves & lemon juice.

  1. First make masala of red chillies,cumin seeds, cinnamon sticks,cloves,pepper corns,mustered seed add tamarind toddy (cashw/coconut) 2 or 3 piece of prawns add to the paste. Put some oil and sauté the prawns, prawns will cooked take it aside.
  2. Add more oil and finly chopped onions and chopped garlic,ginger paste turmeric add salt,tomatoes, red chilly paste ,slowly cook this masala till it leave oil.
  3. When its cooked add some water cook it to a thick gravey add some sugar mix it cover with lid, after cooking for 5 minutes add chopped coriander,and swiched off the flame.

  1. Take small fishs Clean the fish for stuffing slit the fish.
  2.   2. Heat a pan add marinated fish cook it for 7 minutes on both sides in a slow flame, pour the oil on top cook it for few minutes.
